GoogleWe wanted to see flats. Once the agent did not arrive , the other day we saw one flat instead of two. They did not showed us any property which is suitable to buy but they solicitors are calling all the time. The same phone calls regarding our current property which they want to sell ( but we are not selling and never mentioned that) Terrible services overall.

GoogleIn what has been a stressful search for my partner and I Malika has truly been absolutely amazing. She was extremely professional and took a lot of the anxiety out of the process by always being available to answer questions and keeping in touch with us on potential new units even after the first couple of offers hadn't gone our way. Across the dozen or so agents I had been in touch with in this period I had by far the best experience with Malika who really took the time to go above and beyond in understanding our needs and delivering on them. I'm very happy with the result- we just signed a lease yesterday in a fantastic unit much lower than the asking price with Malika's help and I will definitely be enlisting her services again the next time I move.

GoogleI was a client of ludlowthompson and was dealing with a property purchase in 2018 with Martin Malic, who is an employee of ludlowthompson. Martin is incredibly helpful and unbelievably patient and advisable to his clients. The negotiation between me and the vendor was exceptionally difficult in the beginning due to the big difference of the expectation towards the property price. Martin put a lot of effort in this deal which lasts several month, providing reasonable advises and trying to reduce the gap step by step, and eventually an offer was accepted by both sides. He is a really dedicating employee and is good at making difficult deal happen with both vendors and buyers happy with the results I recommend him without reservation.

GoogleMy wife and I had our renting process conducted by this company. Before signing the contract we asked the Lettings Negotiator if we could have a dog in the future. Their reply was that it would be ok under arrangement. Based on this information we rented the flat. 4 months after that we are having to move because the landlord will not accept any kind of pets. On top of that, we are having to bear the process and all the costs of changing the contract to other tenants without any help from the agency. If you have the chance of negotiating with any other agency than this one I strongly advise you to do that.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

It is up to the landlords discretion to allow pets based on whether or not the property is suitable to accomodate them. Permission for a pet was not agreed when your contract started, therefore authorisation would of had to of been granted at a later date. Unfortunately the landlord and buildings management were unable to grant permission for a dog at this property. GoogleAna Amez is a first class agent. She understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't waste time sending me to unsuitable properties. In fact she drove me around in her car - which was very helpful as I didn't know the area. She suggested one flat that I hadn't even considered and we ended up buying it. She was very nice to deal with and patient when we wanted to go back with builders, surveyors, etc. I have to say, if we were buying or selling in the near future, Ana would be my first port of call.
