We were working with Chris and Gábor and they were very helpful with the process, chasing people and making sure that there is progress. However in some cases when we had issues that the vendor had to sort out, we were being pushed to just accept he situation as it is so we can exchange contracts ASAP, and we didn’t like that, as these were issues that had to be resolved, and in the case of an expensive purchase like a flat we cannot be accepted to just fudge over some problems and hope for the best.

Paul Sargeson was a consummate professional who took me around 3 viewings. Honest, empathic and with some great life stories it made my viewings much more comfortable and interesting than usual. He was open and transparent and helped me understand how the housing market works as a first time buyer. Hopefully the right house comes through for me though Paul :)

Halima at Ludlow has been quite good and is in contact to ensure that the property search is going to plan, although the market is tumultuous. She balances both the buyer and the seller position is transparent which made it easy to place confidence in her and the process (a rarity in the sector). I would recommend Ludlow without any hesitation!

I made the stupid mistake of responding to an advert posted by this company. I spoke to someone there regarding viewing the property and an outline of their fees. She said she would send me the details via email. She also asked for my phone number as it was easier to communicate. - I stupidly gave her both! The morning after I gave her my email, I received 7 emails from them before 10am. One email claimed, "thanks for signing up to our website". When did i sign up? I asked her to remove me from all mailing lists, and informed her I wasn't happy with all the emails. She apologised and said she had removed me. Today, I check my emails, guess what? Inundated with emails once again! Supposedly these emails are from a load of different people within their company whom I haven't spoken to! Alongside this, I'm receiving calls upon calls from them! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid this company! You'd be better off giving your details to a cold caller, they'll harass you less!

Signed with this agency around 3 months ago. Experience with the house I’m letting has been an absolutely diabolical. You receive a response every 10 days ( if not longer). We were asked to fill out a report to disclose any issues with the property at the start which included key issues, tv issues, washing machine issues and pest control. After living here for 3 months we still have had nothing sorted. Our front door is no longer accessible as it will not unlock and we have had an ongoing moth issue in our carpets resulting in us tenants having moth bites. No matter how many times you email in urgency nothing is sorted. I cannot stress how unhelpful anyone from property management is and the lack of concern they here. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
