GoogleAbsolutely awful !! Left chasing my deposit after leaving the property nearly a month ago leaving me £1300 out of pocket in the cost of living crisis. This has destroyed my mental health and lead to me racking up debt despite the fact I was told the deposit would be returned in 10 days of check out. NO COMMUNICATION I’ve had to chase constantly. They will have multiple viewings while you’re still living in the property we had upwards of 12 a day meaning we couldn’t be in the property most of the time for the final month and they even had a sofa delivered for the new tenants 2 weeks before we moved out !!! On top of that we had tap problems meaning we couldn’t shower and mould problems which again we had to chase to get resolved with no help from the agency. Thought renting from an agency offered protection to the tenant but it seems all they care about is the landlord. AVOID.

GoogleNot professional at all. Poor handling of communication between the landlord and potential tenants. They will give you false hope just to keep you interested in the property instead of telling the actual status. They failed to fulfil their promise of giving me an update by a specific time and they disappeared for a full day. I had to chase them for a reply multiple times on every possible way of communication (email, text, work phone, personal phone) without getting any response. Honestly, I wouldn't have minded any kind of update even if it was negative, but total silence isn't acceptable.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI m appalled by how unprofessional they are. They wasted 5 weeks and were not able to rent a flat that another agency rented out within 2 days! Their systems and process is also inefficient, you need to chase the people twice a day for a response, they are expensive and simply not knowledgable about the market. I have also worked with their sales team and found them inadequate. Specifically Olivia and Joao are the worst!
