GoogleDavid Ernoult from the London Bridge office was so helpful and reliable - he'd always respond to any queries we had as quickly as he could. He worked hard to make sure we were always in the loop with what was happening - even when our own solicitors weren't responding or didn't know what was going on! He definitely made the buying process so much smoother and reduced our stress. At the viewing itself he wasn't pushy, answered all our questions honestly and gave us time to consider, which we really appreciated. He also took time out of his own weekend to allow us to have a second viewing with short notice.

GoogleMade my husband wait for an hour just to not show up last minute. When he called THREE times to confirm they cancelled 28 minutes after the viewing was supposed to happen. they’re rude af and aren’t professional at all. I have never seen such unprofessional people before. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GoogleSkye McDermott is both a really lovely person and an excellent agent - she showed us around one apartment and was patient, knew a lot about the property and had checked simple things like council tax, electricity average costs and water on Zoopla - not a difficult thing for her to do but many agents I've dealt with don't bother. Hope we meet again Skye and keep up the great work
