GoogleElizabeth was extremely helpful in showing us a flat even though it was already rather late! She was very friendly and gave us very helpful advice and information on the flat, showing her high expertise in property in the area! Although we’re not going for the flat she’s shown to us, she made sure to explain everything about the property, the price, and the property’s condition to us. GoogleNatasha & Gabor looked after my sale process of my flat and managed this excellently. I got an offer within the first 2 weeks of the property being on sale however, the process took 11 months to complete. Natasha and Gabor consistently kept me updated and ensured that both buyer and seller had a happy outcome in the end. Thank you for your professionalism and hard work you put into the sale of my flat its much appreciated both!

I was really impressed with the questions Emmanuel asked me, and the interest he took in our situation. I felt that he listened to what we like and don't like without judgement and has been clear and prompt in all his communication with us. Thanks Emmanuel :)

GoogleLUKE GALLAGHER IS THE BEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN ALL MY VIEWINGS (and there have been A LOT of viewings and a lot of agents). He has been delightful from the get go, personable, friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE. You would be surprised how many estate agents turn up to viewings and know nothing about the flat they’re showing you. Not Luke. He knows everything there is to know. We bumped into the sellers on a viewing last night and they clearly knew him and liked him. It gives you reassurance that he’s a good bloke and makes you want to work with him. He’s not even bloody working for me you know? He really defies all the stereotypes of estate agents. And i dated an estate agent so i have a particular low opinion of them normally. Luke has rehabilitated that impression for estate agents across the land. Honestly if you told me when i started my house search that i would be typing a google review for a random estate agent i met at some viewings.. i would have told you to go swivel. but here we are. such is the power of the gallagher. Luke for Foxton London Bridge manager!!

GoogleDONOT view any properties with this agent, they are unreliable and untrustworthy. They haven't got much properties, so they just use viewers to push the sale of the a few property they are selling. Completely waste time and money. So shocked by how this agent operates. They REVEAL the price of how much currently buyer is buying. Ask you to top the price, they pull off from the previous transaction. If anyone tops the price again, they will pull off again. I have waste my money on mortgage valuation and solicitor fees on this. Go for other agency, so they do-not need to hang on a single property. Many of their properties are managed by multiple agencies.
Dear Alex, Many thanks for your feedback, unfortunately your review is very similar to ones we have received previously, which leads us to believe that you are the same reviewer under a different name, and therefore your three reviews across our offices have been reported to Google. If this is not the case then please let us know. We feel that a number of your statements are not accurate and we truly believe that we have done nothing untoward, and are extremely disappointed that you feel misled. As an agent with over 25 years’ experience we operate with the upmost professionalism, with all employees undertaking the relevant industry qualifications to make sure they are aware of the laws and regulations we are required to abide by. To discuss your situation further please contact customerservices@ludlowthompson.com We would be more than happy to continue to help you in your property search if you give us the opportunity to win back your trust and continue working with you. GoogleElizabeth is extremely hospitable, punctual and professional. I found my viewing and follow up correspondence with her, to be far more responsive and considerate than any estate agent I've worked with previously.

GoogleVery happy with the service. We worked with Gabor on our first time house purchase and he has been very helpful, responsive and professional throughout the whole process - from price negotiation to advising on next steps, coordinating solicitors (which has been particularly challenging) and eventually getting both sides to completion within a reasonable timeframe. 5/5.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI've been to see a lot of flats over the years and met loads of estate agents - Jennifer was really top notch: friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I walked away from the viewing feeling confident and informed to make an offer on the property.

GoogleAgency is a scam. Communication is poor and they withhold information in the name of cooperate greed. I would not recommend unless you want to waste well over a week to end up with them going back on their deal.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
