GoogleI would give zero stars if that was possible. There were too many agents involved with my process and no relay of information among them. Had me repeat the process multiple times. There is no coordination with their external organisation for referencing and requested the same details multiple times and prolonged the process by weeks. Very disappointed.

Googlecurrently on day 3 or 4 trying to get a response from an letting agent from westminster or london bridge, having a hard time understanding if the problem is understaffing or pure negligence, either way i find the customer service and overall operations to be inefficient and inconvenient. what is the point of allowing clients to book a viewing online and there's no confirmation email or call? what is the point of calling if they are going to redirect you to an imaginary person?

GoogleJoao, Jennifer and Morgan assisted with finding tenants for the property, we decided to only use Ludlow after the initial meeting as Joao was professional, prepared and I was confident in their ability to find decent tenants. As a new landlord, there were many questions and concerns which were all addressed promptly. The whole process was quite quick, starting from photography, listing, viewings, acceptance and contract signing. Jennifer and Morgan worked well together when showing potential tenants around the property. Overall, really satisfied with the letting service and would continue to work with Ludlow and their lettings team in the future.

GoogleFinding the flat was a good process - but the moving out process has been horrible! Our case got handed over to different agents; they are incredibly slow to respond, attempting to really scrounge up every last penny they can get from us and you can call 3 different numbers of our agent and you still won't get through! Isn't that lovely.

GoogleI have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! 👍🏻 If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again Updated review … thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

GooglePopped in one day on my way to Tesco, just because I was curious about a property. Eleanor was there to greet and assist us. She was very professional and well-informed about the property. We had a chance to view the property right then and there and ended up putting on offer on it. Eleanor has since gone above and beyond in making sure that everything went smoothly. GoogleBeni is an expert real estate broker. He gives us a warm, friendly as well as sincere impression the first time we saw him. He is always patient to listen to our questions and explain every detail on the technical terms of buying flat like EWS1, short lease hold and so on by using concise and clear spoken English to ease our understanding. Acting as a new buyer in London, we have little knowledge about the London flat and house, thus we have worries on the hidden construction problems that lie ahead. To our surprise, we feel comfortable every time after listening to his analysis. In the future, if our friends want to buy a flat, we will not hesitate to introduce Beni to them.
