Malika has been an absolute star! She was incredibly responsive and attentive throughout the entire housing search and negotiation process. She went the extra mile by sending us new properties daily and always prioritized our needs. Malika was truly on top of it! She always made sure we had answers to our questions, even staying in contact during our negotiation when her car had broken down! As newcomers to the area, finding a suitable home was challenging, but Malika was a gem in a sea of unresponsive and apathetic agents. We couldn’t have asked for a better advocate and agent!

If you are thinking about selling a property through foxtons, I would advise you to think again. To say you pay such a premium, the service is abysmal. They do bulk viewings to make it seem like you have alot of interest, but in reality they take people on tours to view many properties and may use yours as a bemchmark for the good or bad. They waste your time prepping the property for people with no real interest. We also were told viewings were taking place, to then come to realise no one was even showing up. It was not until I called it out, that I was then told the viewing had been cancelled and they forgot to say. They would also forget to tell me if a viewing was booked, and often called me on the morning for access. Very unprofessional and very annoying. The final straw was leaving our property up on portals, even though we had agreed a date to take it down and our contract with foxtons was over. By this point we had assigned another agent, but foxtons were impeding on their work by leaving the old listing up and confusing potential buyers with conflicting info. A horrible, mismanaged company that I would never use again.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. There were too many agents involved with my process and no relay of information among them. Had me repeat the process multiple times. There is no coordination with their external organisation for referencing and requested the same details multiple times and prolonged the process by weeks. Very disappointed.

currently on day 3 or 4 trying to get a response from an letting agent from westminster or london bridge, having a hard time understanding if the problem is understaffing or pure negligence, either way i find the customer service and overall operations to be inefficient and inconvenient. what is the point of allowing clients to book a viewing online and there's no confirmation email or call? what is the point of calling if they are going to redirect you to an imaginary person?

Joao, Jennifer and Morgan assisted with finding tenants for the property, we decided to only use Ludlow after the initial meeting as Joao was professional, prepared and I was confident in their ability to find decent tenants. As a new landlord, there were many questions and concerns which were all addressed promptly. The whole process was quite quick, starting from photography, listing, viewings, acceptance and contract signing. Jennifer and Morgan worked well together when showing potential tenants around the property. Overall, really satisfied with the letting service and would continue to work with Ludlow and their lettings team in the future.

Finding the flat was a good process - but the moving out process has been horrible! Our case got handed over to different agents; they are incredibly slow to respond, attempting to really scrounge up every last penny they can get from us and you can call 3 different numbers of our agent and you still won't get through! Isn't that lovely.
