Google"Money Grabbing Attitude". AVOID Absolutely unprofessional and time waster; they deliberately retained information from me just to ensure some 'back-up plan' to present the landlord to ensure their (shamefully expensive) fees are collected and not bothering to guarantee any sort of transparency and honesty. I was interested in renting a a flat listed by their branch in Bow E3. After discussing over the phone with the agent we have arranged a first viewing where they guaranteed I would have had the first slot available. On the day of the viewing they have cancelled on last minutes as "the tenant did not want to give them access". I understood the situation despite of the inconvenience caused to me in having to re-arrange another viewing. I once again asked for the first available slot, which was guaranteed for me just 2 days later. I once again took time off to attend the viewing. I called the branch in the morning to confirm and sent an email shortly after to confirm my attendance once more. The agent sent me an email (did not even bother to ring my phone and speak to me) to inform me that an offer submitted the week before was accepted and the property was therefore taken off the market.

GoogleNot particularly impressed by the service that we received from ludlowthompson when it came to renting a property from them-- especially given the extortionate fees that they charged (over £250 per tenant). They should be known for three things: 1) being extremely pressurised; 2) mediocre levels of competency; 3) being obnoxious. Would hesitate to recommend to anyone. 1) Extremely pressurised: ludlowthompson decided that they wanted to complete on the property within a week and this meant they were absolutely relentless to the point of pestering when it came to wanting documents, filling out reams of referencing paperwork, and there appeared to be an expectation that you would stop everything to get it done to their timeframes. This included pestering guarantors despite being explicitly told not to contact them as the tenants were sorting it. 2) Mediocre levels of competency: we were told incorrect information around the referencing which lead to a complete scrapping and restart of the process two days before their dictated completion date. After moving in, we were told that we have been told that we didn't pay rent in a clerical error but after having to prove to them that we had indeed paid, we didn't receive an apology. Also we have been sent multiple contradictory copies of the Deposit Protection Certificate. 3) Being obnoxious: I have been inundated by spam emails from them advertising positions in their company. Their agents have been frankly bordering on unprofessional in trying to get a review/feedback about the experience (several emails and a WhatsApp to our personal phones?!)

GoogleEmma Nettleingam was the agent I was liaising with for my property purchase. She was extremely helpful from the beginning right through to completion. She literally was just a phone call away from any concerns or enquiries I had in relation to the process. Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. I definitely would recommend working with her, you wouldn't have any complaints!

GoogleUseless from start to finish. When we moved in we were promised a lot of things that obviously wasn't included once we got the keys. In the 8 months leading up to the end of tenancy these vultures called and emailed when ever they wanted demanding viewings less than 24 hours notice. Rude on the phone and email. Asking for made up money near end of tenancy. Absolutely ZERO communication skills amongst themselves, double booking things, failing to keep us updated on viewings / surveyors. Just out for the money. No heart no soul, no integrity and certainly no apologies for messing things up constantly. Zero help finding a new place despite offering to pay thousands a month in rent, just care about the sales of properties. Embarrassing really. Glad to be done with them, we received our deposit back in full so we are happy. Ill never use these people again and ill tell everyone i know to run. Ill take it all to their head office just so we are heard, people in that office should be held accountable for their tardiness and unprofessionalism.

Me and my girlfriend are first-time buyers and really hadn’t got a clue what we were doing, but Terence and Fabio were on hand to quickly answer all of our questions, put us through to the right people and generally give us great advice.
