GoogleFrankie was incredibly helpful and professional during our viewing - I asked about another flat that I was hoping to view and she was more than happy to show it to me on the day even though I hadn't booked in for another viewing. GoogleHassan and his team from the Bow office have so far provided an impressive service to me as a first time landlord. He was always very courteous, well informed and on top of the detail. I really appreciated his quick, thorough responses to my email queries, which meant we could sort a lot out efficiently with minimum fuss. It made what could have been a tedious, stressful process much more manageable.

GoogleFantastic experience. Liked the property a lot and was promptly contacted by Genta to gauge my interest. This resulted into me visiting at the property and currently in process of finalizing the contract. I thank Genta and Fabian for their level of engagement and proactive nature that they have displayed. I recommend them. Update: I was dropped in the middle of the reference check saying my wife didn't have visa validity for 2 years. My wife had a Visa till the end of this year and was scheduled to be renewed before the expiry, but we were dropped saying they won't consider that.

GoogleAgent didn't show up for the scheduled viewing, when I called to ask, the answer was the property in question is no longer available.. they have no respect of people's time, this is unprofessional behaviour, expectation was to receive a call or message to cancel the viewing. The problem is the demand is so high in London, that they don't really care anymore, resulting in poor customer service.

GoogleDo not recommend renting their properties. As soon as the contract is signed and keys received shit hits the fan: you’ll be having the worst experience with their Property Management team in both poor communication with the landlord & zero issues resolved. Do not expect anything helpful from this office as a tenant.

GoogleTerence and Roy were truly marvellous. They have sold two houses for me this year. Both transactions were complicated involving complex communications with tenants and of course covid restrictions. They stuck to their task admirably liaising with the buyer, myself and my solicitor at all times. They even helped arrange the clearance of both houses. Top marks and a credit to their profession. I never thought I would say that an estate agent deserved his commission but these two gentlemen earnt their money and were simply excellent.

GoogleI felt that Roy was exceptional in the manner in which he conducted the viewings (to purchase). He gave me all the time I needed and gave care to my detailed questions Nothing was hurried and he knew exactly when to step back and give time for me to take things in on my own. He had an excellent rapport with the occupant of the property who was there during the viewings. This added to the fact the the experience of viewing the property was relaxed yet highly informative.

Often people seem to rush by your needs and questions in order to wrap up the conversation and end the call but Jesse was patient and tolerant to my endless bombardment of questions.
