GoogleFabian and Jesse were fantastic with my most recent move. Having rented for several years in London, I found they were an approachable team who were always on hand and willing to help out with questions I had. When visiting the office, the Bow team clearly showed professional courtesy as well as taking the time to be genuinely friendly and welcoming to clients. I would definitely recommend this team to prospective renters and buyers and would happily organise my next move with them.

GoogleEmma was really helpful and was one of the few estate agents we were in contact with who actually sent us relevant properties for our budget and preferences. She was also authentic and personable when showing us properties and not too pushy, allowing us to make our own decisions whilst answering our questions and providing all the information we needed. We've ended up putting in an offer with another estate agent in a different area, but if looking again in this area we would definitely contact Emma.

GoogleThe process of selling my first property was made easier with the help of Terence and his team. I was kept informed at all times and felt like i was listened to and was encouraged to ask questions and to come to them with any issues. I can't thank you enough for your hard work and for getting me the desired price I wanted for my house. Highly recommend Terence for his straightforwardness, tenacity and professionalism from start to finish.

GoogleFabio was very organised and professional from the get go what made me and my partner most comfortable was the features and benefits he named of the area which we had prior doubts about at the beginning however Fabio eliminated those during our visit . Overall he was a polite young man and had provided an excellent service also he wasn't pushy at all which is something we have experienced previously whilst looking for properties but all in all highly recommended .

It was a difficult market to sell in but Emma and Terence were extremely confident and i should have listened to them. Instead, after few months , being impatient I decided to instruct “The silver overall best agent of the year”, such a mistake and loss of time, this experience only showed me how professional Emma and Terence were and proved that they were the best in this market for the area . I went back and got my property sold , they kept me informed and were helpful all the way through. Special thank to Emma as she kept being persistent in getting viewings and make it happen. A solid team that is competent and efficient and kept their promises !!! Five star is a minimum, clearly If you want to sell or buy , better to have them on your side

GoogleRidiculous people. I'm a tenant in a house that they are selling on behalf of my landlord. They locked me out of my house on two occasions using a key that I made them aware I did not have. They entered my house without the courtesy of knocking and when I mentioned this said "that's how it works, we have keys". To add to this I find it highly suspicious the amount of viewings they have been telling my landlord they have booked that have not turned up, take from that what you will. What an absolute joke. Avoid

All members that came to my flat to show potential tenants around were really good. Since renting my property, Ludlow have looked after it really well and I'm very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone else looking to rent out their property.

GoogleGreat Service, my agent Jessie Oteri has been very helpful on both occasions when I was looking for a new flat. He was easily reachable, always listened to my preferences and made solid recommendations. Even though I did not end up closing on one of the flats. He was a great deal of help and a pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend asking for him if you need an agent.

Unfortunately, he had no other properties matching our criteria. GoogleAwful management, not professional and poor communication with the landlord. - Claimed with 24/7 maintenance service and left us 2 weeks without water supply. They claimed that their agency maintenance service cannot be provided without landlord consent which was not what we agreed on at the beginning. - Agents, Samuel and Molly, were rude and not responsive. Whenever we called for our property manager Samuel Woodward, he either went out for lunch (more than 2 hours) or on a phone call. He never followed up the maintenance issues and called back even we left him messages. We could only get things done when Fabian, their manager, got involved. - Check-out Chaos. We checked out on the 6th October 2020 and still have not received our deposit back (Date: 24th November 2020). We as the tenants received no support from the Agency. The property manager, as usual, delayed the communication and not being helpful throughout the process. An absolute nightmare for a 2-year contract with this agency and landlord. Please do not fall into the trap. The trick is, everything seems all looked after before the tenancy agreement was signed but nothing they would do for you apart from asking tenants to pay rent on time! (they were never late about that!!)

GoogleGreat experience!! Agents Genta and Georgia were instrumental in helping us get a house in a difficult situation. They went above and beyond in supporting our application and we were lucky to have them! (Only criticism is their reference check service Veri-Check isn't very good but again the agents helped us with this)
