GoogleJesse was a great help in figuring out what was important to me as a tenant and understands the importance of finding the right rental for the individual. A great communicator, Jesse was able to coordinate plans by email, phone and text (sometimes simultaneously) to suit my busy, last minute viewing schedule.

GoogleHaving Genta Bala at the Ludlowthompson team assisting me with all the renting experience process, from the viewing to making an offer plus getting through all the reference check had been a smooth customer experience. I have previously worked with other agencies and Genta had by far excelled in customer assistance. I have nothing but positive remarks for her... She is very friendly, understanding and most important professional! She understood my needs and wants and how paramount it is to decide on a place to live at. She had been patient with me since the start! Definitely recommend!
