GoogleI worked with Emma Nettleingham and Terence Cunningham on my recent property sale. Both were very professional, helpful and accessible, and found me a buyer within about 3 weeks of instruction. I would highly recommend them!

GoogleIn these covid times of video-tours, I came across a video tour by this agency. I felt compelled to leave this review. It is very refreshing to finally see a real estate agent deserving their paycheck. The video tour was full HD, with full walk through and clear explanations by the agent - in extreme contrast with other agencies (large or small) - who are lazy as always. I wish the flat was of interest to me - would have loved to deal with a professional agent of that quality. Keep it up.

GoogleWhen they want to talk to me, it's non stop calls and emails. Now, when I want to know where my deposit is (almost £3k, they are literally avoiding me. The woman handling our account will not answer her phone. Useless. Avoid. Search for them on Facebook to read other people's similar stories...

GoogleA fantastic estate agents who will bend over backwards to help you in your property search. Our experience was particularly wonderful because of Terence Cunningham. He was friendly, considerate and incredibly professional. With every property we saw, he remembered the pros and cons, never pressure us and also give us advise about the process. What more could you want from an agent!! He is a real asset to LT and I recommend him highly! Cheers Terence - you’re a star!

GoogleMe and two other girls were interested in renting a property in mile end with this company and we were very impressed with the excellent attitude, professionalism and accomodation provided by the Estate Agent Jesse. Although we didn't end up taking the property in the end even though it was an excellent offer, I felt I had to thank this Estate Agent by writing this review as he remained patient with us, was willing to negotiate very good deals and had a very student friendly and understanding attitude. I would recommend him anytime.

GoogleOne of the worst companies I've had to deal with. Never communicate essential information on the phone or email, generally incompetent when it comes to moving in or out. They make everything far more stressful than it needs to be. Every time I have had to deal with them, there has been huge delays and complications. Also, they charge extortionate fees for basic tasks, which they then struggle to fulfill. Struggle to see what they actually do. Just awful.
