GoogleI wanted to thank Jesse Oteri for his outstanding job with the property we wanted to move in, timing and availability were top quality! Thank you for everything!

GoogleEmma Nettlingham and Terence Cunningham handled the sale of our flat. They were both amazing, very professional. They marketed the flat very well to buyers and got a great price for us in an uncertain market. We had more dealings with Emma than Terence and so, single out Emma for special praise because she was persistent, patient, professional and always friendly. She handled the viewings really well and brought attention to all the positives of our flat to the attention of the buyers. Where she excelled particularly however was in handling the buyer, me and the lawyers for both parties over a difficult period up to and including the exchange date. As an experienced negotiator, she walked the narrow path of keeping everyone on board when tempers and emotions were at breaking point. Emma and Terence come at a price over the internet based companies. But they certainly proved their worth. I would highly commend them.

GoogleVery professional service from my agent Terence Cunningham. Despite having to operate through three different lockdowns and not having actually met, he has negotiated me around all the difficulties of selling my late brother’s flat. It has been a strange experience but Terence has reacted to every problem and relieved me from all sorts of stresses that could have come at this difficult time. I admire his diligence in completing this sale. Thank you

GoogleBeen on the ball so far, transparent regarding price and possibilities. A little disheartened with communications with the landlord but nothing that Jesse is personally responsible for, so 5* to him.
