GoogleDespite some tricky circumstances that I and my prospective flatmates were trying to find a rental property in, they were great. Stayed in after hours to answer our long lists of questions, were easily contactable by email (and quick to respond), and just made what could have been a nightmare very easy for us. (They also have nice air-conditioned offices, which was nice during a heatwave)! Certainly, to rent, would definitely recommend.

GoogleReally pleased with the service we had when selling our property with the team, they were attentive, provided realistic feedback which helped manage our expectations, always contactable even out of hours and during the holiday period, they also pushed the process along when getting held up and dragged out by the solicitors. Would recommend to all my friends and family when selling or purchasing in the area.

I have only really been conversing with Emma who has genuinely been fantastic. Extremely polite and helpful and with an excellent industry knowledge. She was also more than happy to go out of her way to help out. Would definitely reccommend.

GoogleHad the worst experience ever. I booked a view, travelled from Morden to Blackwall and they called me 5 mins before the view telling me that is not possible to see the property. Don't waste your time.

Both Terence & Emma seemed so invested in seeing our sale through to completion. In challenging market conditions, they were highly proactive in arranging viewings & securing a good sale price for us. And we really appreciated their professional and personable manner throughout.
