GoogleWorst agency. I have been screamed at by agents, in person and over the phone; anything you ask they will say ''its not my job'' & then try and take as much money from you as possible. I got charged nearly 4,000pounds to leave the property early. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE.
Agent replied
Dear Dameris, Were sorry to hear that your experience with our office has fallen below your expectations, we endeavour to always provide a professional service at all times. Ultimately we provided all the assistance and provided all the options available when we were dealing with the property and with all options exhausted this was the only option available which was all in line with your contract. Further to the above we don’t approve of any unprofessionalism and will look into this to ensure we don’t have any issues in the future. All the best on your future endeavours.’ Ludlowthompson
