I don't know where to start. I don't understand how they have the rating they have: lack of empathy, lack of transparency, impossible to get a hold of, tricky hidden clauses that do you out of your money, overcharging for everything, hidden costs etc etc... An all around BAD experience. Avoid.

They were reasonably priced compared to other estate agents and the service was excellent.They achieved our asking price in the first week of selling and then provided a helpful 'chasing up' service during the transaction to keep things moving. I would 100% recommend using Ludlow Thompson and Kirsty and Mark in particular.
