TrustpilotGreat team
We bought our property with Ludlow Thompson a few years ago and have since sold the same property with them. Kirsty and Olivia are excellent, very professional and incredibly helpful. They were efficient and very understanding of our needs. By far the best estate agents in our area and highly recommend them. We shall definitely be using them again in the future.

TrustpilotAnother typical capitalism housing company
Another typical capitalism housing company. Classic example of why an average london worker can’t afford to live there anymore with Cowboys like this about. just hope Covid shuts them down.

TrustpilotJesse Oteri
Jesse cold-called me about helping us find a tenant for our London E3 flat. He was always positive, courteous and helpful. Due to COVID lockdown, it was a particularly difficult time for renting so we had to drop our income expectations several times. I'm pleased that the only tenancy interest that was introduced by Jesse led to an agreement being signed.

TrustpilotExcellent judgement, successful teamwork
Kirsty and the whole team supporting my flat sale were fantastic, beginning to end. They showed excellent judgement, always had a warm and professional manner and their communications were reliably swift and considerate. Ludlow Thompson repaid my trust. They were front-footed, shared ideas and cooperated really well as a team. They found me several offers and a happy buyer.

TrustpilotExcellent experience!
I had Richard Pedley as my agent who was extremely helpful, courteous and gave us some great and helpful insight into the market and how it works. Although my partner and I decided not to sell at this time, we will be in contact with Richard later on in the not too distant future! Would thoroughly recommend! Thanks once again Richard!

Horrendous experience renting via Ludlow Thompson. Incompetent at every level. My favourite part in a series of problems was when our property manager refused to accept that a £200 bill for 4 days of electricity was clearly wrong and only a little odd. I'd recommend using Ludlow Thompson if you enjoy never getting responses to emails and have a passion for losing the will to live.
