TrustpilotBrilliant service and communication
My friend and I were shown a property by Daniel Scott and we were so impressed with his manner and how knowledgable he was. He was patient, answered all of our questions and even gave us advice on renting. Out of all of the estate agents that I have dealt with over the years, Daniel stood out as the best.

GoogleAs a former tenant of one of the properties managed by Ludlow Thompson, I received outstanding help and service from their staff. Reece Johnson, in particular, was extremely helpful, professional and patient - he managed to answer all of my questions about my deposit and the whole end of tenancy process. Thanks a lot for your help!

TrustpilotLudlow Thompson - Conor Bunn.
Having liaised with Conor Bunn (Sales Manager) during the purchase of our recent property, he and the services of Ludlow Thompson have been first class and a pleasure to work with during our buying process. His knowledge of the current market was incredibly helpful and brought valuable clarity. I would highly recommend their services, wishing Conor and Ludlow Thompson all the best for the future.

TrustpilotTotally unresponsive agency
1. In June, it took them ALMOST TWO MONTHS to replace and remove a broken fridge.2. Continuous delays by contractors when there are emergencies such as mould in my bedroom.3. S. has a very unreliable and unresponsive property manager so far.
