TrustpilotThank you Ludlow Thompson!
Emma and Mark, and the whole team, were really great with the whole process of selling my flat, and it was as straightforward a process as it could have been with their help. Even when there were complications they chased it up for me and were great and comms!

TrustpilotProfessional and relaxed viewing
Myles contacted me as soon as the property I had shown interest in came on the market, and arranged a viewing the same day. He was happy to answer questions but also gave me space to look around without feeling pressured. Overall a great viewing, would definitely recommend Ludlow Thompson.

GoogleStephen, Hannah and Lee in the management team have a done a great job in finding 2 sets of tenants for my flat in the last 3 years. They are responsive, hard working and professional and best of all I have virtually no voids in that period. They take a lot of stress out of the process and I couldn't recommend their Lettings team more highly. Thanks to a great job done.

GoogleWe have been clients of Ludlowthompson in Dulwich for over eight years. Their advice is spot on, their follow up professional and their service to us as landlords has made long distance lettings much easier than I thought possible. I would especially recommend the manager, Stephen, and his colleague Hannah who have consistently gone the extra mile for us. Thank you to all the team.

GoogleAfter taking the money for our holding fee, and making us commit to let the property if the landlord accepted our offer, they kept us waiting for over a week. They then told us that our offer had been accepted, took more of our money, only to tell us they didn't have the right to let the property until a later date. £500 admin fee for all of that, you must be joking

Trustpilot5 stars to Kirsty and Team - LudlowThompson Oval
I recently used Ludlow Thompson Oval (Clapham Road) to sell my property in London. I cannot speak more highly of Kirsty, Mark, Adam and the greater team at their office. They are incredibly professional, courteous and efficient and I would no hesitation in ever using them to either buy or sell a property in the area (and I have used more than one agent in my time).

TrustpilotJacob Burston and team
I have been a customer of Ludlow's ever since i bought my investment flat in central London over 12 years ago. My main point of contact has been Jacob Burston, someone who has gained my confidence and not let me down so far. The service from him and his team have kept my flat fully occupied with tenants and he has walked the extra mile for me.

TrustpilotFirst Class
I can highly recommend the team at Ludlow Thompson Surrey Quays to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their property. I genuinely can't fault the service we've had from them, and specifically Conor and Paul who we dealt with - they listened to our requirements and delivered against them, and they were always quick to respond and provide feedback from viewings. Thanks a lot guys.

TrustpilotProfessional service
When I first met Olivia Baines I felt very comfortable that she could do both what was needed to sell our property and that she would be the friendly face that kept us informed. With her colleague Mark Williamson steering the purchasers through the process we had the best of both worlds. Thank you both for your professional handling of this sale

Daniel Scott from Ludlow Thompson was one of the best agents we have had the pleasure with working with. The advert was true and depicted the condition and appearance of the apartment as if you were actually viewing it in person. The video tour of the apartment was extremely professional and detailed and beyond what any other agents offer. Excellent service!

Trustpilot5* for Hannah and Lola!
Our experience with Hannah and Lola at LudlowThompson was a very positive one. Their work and communication allowed for a simple, personable transition into a new property at a time where national restrictions could have complicated a viewings and move-in process. We were particularly impressed with the way they connected us with our landlord, acting as perfect intermediaries in setting up group calls and group chats.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Ludlow Thompson Dulwich hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near London.
