TrustpilotWILL NEVER USE THIS AGENCY AGAIN -Worst Customer Service
Worst experience I have had with a letting agency. Very rude manager dealth with me several times, ignored my emails, lost his manners in a call, very disrespectful with me and very unproffesional ways of doing their job. Will highly not reccomend this letting agency to anyone. Very delayed help and answers to my emails, to the point I had to keep calling to their office and the manager wouldn't give me an appointment to go in person, they avoided face to face contact in a very extreme way, very unprofessional. I regret very much having rented a flat under this letting agency, I had to break the contract early and they made it a very painful experience. Worst customer service I have experienced.

GoogleMelisa did a great job listening to our needs and understood what we were looking for. Even though we eventually bought a property through another agent, she still took the time to close the loop with us. I would recommend anyone looking for properties in South East London to contact Foxton

TrustpilotHORRIBLE service from this agent
HORRIBLE service from this agent. The background: I listed my property at the price recommended by Ludlow Thompson. I was promised to be introduced to all sales agents who would be dealing with my property, and was promised weekly phone updates about the property market and the progress of my sale. Of course neither of these things happened. Along the way I received emails from the agents asking if they could do viewings, which I agreed to. Then 10 weeks into the process I get an email from a “manager” who I’ve never spoken to, stating he is very concerned because they have only done one viewing of my property. His solution is to slash the list price by 10%. (I can only assume all those emails asking to set up viewings were lies). When I decline to cut the price, a slew of rude and passive aggressive emails ensue, where he tells me my list price (which his firm recommended!!) is unrealistic. Needles to say I promptly cancelled the contract. I strongly urge all sellers to avoid this firm

We had a very good experience viewing this property. The agent was very friendly and knowledgeable about the property and was very helpful in answering our questions. Having dealt with some not-so-good estate agents in London, we can safely say that this was definitely one of the better flat viewings and overall interactions we have had.
