Appalling customer service from Ludlow Thompson. I moved out of my rented property over 2 months ago and am still without my deposit, with very little explanation. The staff are incompetent at best - they take days to respond to emails and do not answer the phone or return calls. I call on average twice per day and hear back perhaps once a week, and each time no progress has been made. I have been told my deposit will be returned numerous times and still haven't received it. The tenancy deposit scheme we are in states that deposits should be returned no later than 10 working days after they are requested and it's now been weeks. My advice - save yourself a lot of trouble and DO NOT rent with Ludlow Thompson.

Using your Finsbury Park branch, dealing with Orlando to organise the viewing was swift and easy and his communication with myself throughout the process was top notch. Chris, who showed us round the property, was communicative, open and approachable while being happy to answer any questions that we had. Were we to see another property with yourselves, I would be happy to deal with them again in future.

GoogleStephen, Laura and Hannah make a fantastic team. They have let my house for me on a find only basis and made the whole experience a good one dispite my having difficulties with my tenant. They were always on the phone to help and advise and keep me updated with what was going on, which was vital to me as I live out of London. Thank you to the whole team. I will be back in 2 years time!

Avoid at all costs. They said that if we put a deposit down and the landlord accepts, the property is ours to rent. The landlord accepted, sent the money to ludlow thompson, and we handed in our notice. A few days later, we got a generic email saying our rental was unsuccessful. No phone call from the agent who was handling us. After several attempts at calling ludlow thompson, someone finally told us that the landlord had decided to move in another couple earlier than we could move. Communication about this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional, leaving us in a situation to find another property to live in before our notice was over. TERRIBLE

We had a great experience with Ludlow Thompson. The flat had been on the market for 16 months with three previous agents but no joy, however once it was marketed with Ludlow we had a buyer within 4 days.Kirsty did a great job negotiating a fair deal without putting pressure on us to reduce the price.Her team were responsive and professional and helped chase solicitors to progress with the paperwork.We would highly recommend.

Really professional service from Jonathan and Matt in their office in East Dulwich. Sold two of our flats with them and really happy with the instruction. Achieved the prices we were looking for in a difficult market and was particularly impressed with their dedicated sales progression manager - Mark - who kept things moving along towards exchange in a way that is often not the case with other agents I’ve used. Would recommend.

Had reason to contact my property manager recently to try and sort out a problem regarding the deposit. Despite it not being directly his problem, he was quick to take the issue on and try to resolve it on my behalf. During this time he proved very helpful, supportive and proactive - as well as being perfectly friendly & polite when I spoke to him on the phone.
