GoogleWorse experience ever. London Executive staff was inefficient and totally dishonest in handling my case. I never got my money back.

Hi Pierre. Thank you for your feedback and response. I understand how disappointed you are that your daughter missed out on the property in Freshwater Court. I feel very sorry for that. Please believe me, I'm as much disappointed as you are. We all have done everything that has been possible to do. Unfortunately it was the landlord who made the final decision. I understand that your daughter had a meeting with the landlord on Saturday, 05/08/2017 and the landlord explained to Capucine the importance of securing the apartment as soon as possible. We received a holding deposit from you only on 10th of August. Despite Gabriela calling your daughter and letting her know how urgent it was to obtain all the references, the guarantor followed the reference link on 21st of August.I understand how much inconvenience this situation could have caused you. We all made a lot of effort and spent a lot of time trying to help you (a member of my team came even to the office outside the working hours during the weekend to allow your daughter meet with the landlord). Your two weeks holding deposit was refunded back to you in full apart from the £90 reference fees for the three references for checking the references. I would like to inform you that London Executive has not made any money from you. The money you paid for reference checks were paid to the independent reference company called Rent4Sure and those reports were provided to yourself for your future tenancy in another property. A copy of the holding deposit receipt signed by your daughter which explained the charges was emailed to you. I will be more than happy to meet you in person when you are next in London over lunch.

GoogleThey seem to be helpful by being responsive but do not trust their responsiveness. It was a nightmare having them as the agency between the tenant and the landlord, especially when you happen to have a bad landlord.

GoogleLondon Executive has a highly committed and professional team of agents based in Marylebone with expert local market knowledge dealing with both rentals and sales offering first class customer service. Based on personal experience, I have no hesitation in recommending Georges Verdis and his agency most highly.
