GoogleFrom the first moment of our correspodence and telephone calls i got the feedback that i had to deal with a professional . The main points that a customer wants to receive as a service is accurate communication , give immediate answers to whatever questions may arise , respect & meet customers criteria of choosing a flat , having a good knowledge of the market and organizing the viewings In a such way that the customer will feel relaxed with a solution . I have met many agents during my four days visit to London and i can state that you are a pro in your field representing the London Executive interests in an excellent and professional way . Your negotiations skills are more than brilliant . I wish you success , hoping that next time I will return to London to have the possibility to meet you once again.

GoogleLondon executive has been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with. From imposing onerous conditions to actually attempting to falsely back-date my tenancy agreement and extract an extra 2 weeks' rent. After a long battle in hopes of obtaining something that resembles a reasonable contract, the landlord withdrew and London executive kept my 2 weeks' rent deposit for "costs incurred in preparation for this tenancy, i.e. references and admin costs". I did not get the flat, nor did I get a refund. Your money is at risk doing business with this firm. I will be reporting them to the Property Ombudsman.

GoogleAlmost impossible to reach them for issues with our flat. Had lot of issues with deposit refund in the end as they were claiming non-sense things (broken sofa etc.) and overcharging services (cleaning and minor repairs).

GoogleI'm a tenant in a flat managed by London Executive. When the toilet started to leak I emailed the to quickly send a plumber. They were quite responsive and the plumber came in one hour to fix the toilet. They also answered my questions via their WhatsApp line. I was very pleased about the swift intervention
