Pathetic experience with Life Residential. They are horrible with End of Tenancy charges. Charging for what they either haven't provided or provided rusty, stained or broken.

GoogleThey are usually very late to respond, they side with landlord and try to make unfair cuts to your deposit. They also entered my flat for a viewing without my permission.

GoogleTHIEVES!!! They did NOT Return my Deposit Back!!!!! THEY STOLE ME. Don’t trust them they will be acting good at the beginning until you leave the property!! It has been a year since I left the property with back and forth emails asking for my deposit!
