Renting with LR for 2 years now, I contacted the agency to sort out oven door, lighting and my hob that was broken. Nicola Soper was super responsive and very helpful ! Thanks to her and her very good service I ended up with everything sorted within a week or so. Even had a brand new hob and oven! Thank you Nicola for following up so closely and being so approachable and reactive!

Super fast responsiveness. Seamless dealing with the landlord. High quality of service. Our home life has unfortunately been ridden with problems with the setup, however Shruti and team has always stepped up to sort these issues seamlessly and pro-actively throughout 2022. This level of service gives us confidence to live a stress free life without having to worry about getting things done/ communication with the landlord/ scheduling servicing for appliances, cleaning, etc.

This 5 star review is especially for Nicola indeed. Not all staff from this company are responsible and helpful. During my tenancy I encountered some very irresponsible staff. However, I was lucky Nicola was responsible for my move out. She is responsible and made sure my move as smooth as possible. The professional clean arranged by her was perfect. No tricky deduction from my deposit for natural wear and tear.

He’s been very helpful during this difficult period, I was able to move very quickly on a property that I liked and Ethan helped expedite things and work around some obstacles that arose from the current situation. He was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable and also a great guy. Thanks Ethan! Update: after a year with life residential I can easily say that the experience has been great. They are very responsive and I have just renewed for a further 12 months. That process was made simple and I’d like to thank Mahrokh for her support and professionalism through the process!
