Life Residential have been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I found a property in Greenwich and was introduced to Robin from the Greenwich office who helped me along the process every step of the way. I was then introduced to Sophie, our property manager. She has been the upmost professional after having some issues with the property she dealt with them as quickly as possible and we now have a place that we are very happy with thanks to Sophie’s hard work and dedication to customer service.Thank you Life Residential for a great experience all round.

I've had the pleasure of working with Olyvia as my property manager for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with her services. From the moment I moved in, Olyvia has been extremely responsive and attentive to all of my needs as a tenant. She's always available to answer questions or address any concerns that I may have, and she does so in a prompt and professional manner.Olyvia is incredibly organized and detail-oriented, which makes renting feel like a breeze. She ensures that everything is in order before move-in and takes care of all necessary repairs and maintenance in a timely manner. Her communication skills are excellent, and she keeps me updated on any important information regarding my lease or the property.One thing that really sets Olyvia apart is her genuine care for her tenants. She always goes above and beyond to ensure that we're happy and comfortable in our homes, and she takes the time to get to know each of us on a personal level. We have been living in our current rental property via Life residential for almost 2 years and in these two years Emma our property manager has been a great support and help. She is approachable and understands any issues concerning the house and gets them resolved within couple of days. She replies back with an hour everytime we email her which is very quick. She is very warm and kind to talk to and is empathetic. She has made our stay here very easy and seamless. Thanks Emma.

I emailed our property manager; Abi Shanks regarding 2 separate issues I wanted her to look into which Abi actioned immediately & replied on both counts within just 1-2 hours. There's nothing worse than having to chase people which sadly has become a bit of the norm across most service companies especially since the pandemic, but Abi is thankfully not in this category & we feel blessed knowing she's looking after our investment property with all the due care, attention & urgency we could wish for. Good for both landlord and tenants

I'm a landlord with several properties fully managed by Life for 7+ years, as well as some in other areas which are managed by other agents as Life don't operate there. Life Residential beats the other agents hands down in terms of professionalism and service both to me as landlord, and to my tenants. I know that they look out for my tenants' interests, advocating on behalf of the tenants to say, eg this repair must be completed promptly as it's not fair on the tenants to delay. From my point of view I have had several good property managers over the years. Particular credit is due to Nick Martin in management because I have come to trust his judgement regarding works needed on the properties and I respect the fact that he will be very clear if something needs to be done, and has good relationships with the trades so can get works done promptly and for a fair price. Cliff in Sales has been great too, coming up with ideas for changing the layout in my properties to make them better for tenants and more profitable for me. I just wish Life also covered the towns where my other properties are.

Great checkout experience

As a tenant for the past year, it has been mostly a good experience. The first property manager I had was always quick to respond to my emails and was very helpful. The second one, Casey, on the other hand, sent me an eviction notice in the middle of my tenancy by mistake. Got my move out date wrong by a month as well without any apologies. Property manager Jack was in charge of my move out and he has also been on point and addressed any concerns I had promptly.

Very efficient sale process

Used Life Residential to sell a flat which they had managed as a rental flat for many years. The initial contact for the sale was Rhys Dewar who provided fair advice and promptly secured a buyer for us. The sale process was then handled by a different team and our contact was Molly Tilley. Molly is one of the most efficient people I have ever come across and I have nothing but praise for her. Molly ensured the sale process kept moving forward and kept everyone informed at every stage, letting us know the reason for any delay and what she was doing to resolve it. I only had cause to speak with her once during the process and the query was dealt with and resolved immediately. All in all she made the whole sale process very smooth.

As is often the case, we have had many maintenance issues since moving into our place, but Shruti is always eager to help and sort every issue. She is easily contactable and always polite and thoughtful. Abi Shanks as my property manager

Abi Shanks as my property manager has been excellent and I couldn’t thank her enough for her continuous support during my tenancy renewal process. My landlord unfortunately has defaulted on their mortgage and I was instructed by the mortgage company to move out when I was about to renew my contract. After I was given the notice, Abi has been continuously helping me get updates from the landlord to understand the situation and what’s the best option for me. She provides professional advise and she responds to my emails/calls promptly. When things seemed to fall through, she also consulted citizen advice for me and helped me look for potential new property to stay through the contingency team. I really appreciate her help during a stressful period like this. The fact that she provided extra help made me feel I’m not in this situation alone and I’m genuinely thankful that she treated me not just as a customer, but also someone who needed help. I would definitely recommend life residential to my friends based on my experiences with Abi.
