I had a very positive experience with Luca (Safari ) during a recent flat inspection. He was polite, professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. He explained everything clearly and made the whole inspection process smooth and stress-free. I also really appreciated that he agreed to help me communicate with the landlord about rearranging the furniture. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made a big difference.

It was fine-ish up until we vacated the property. There was a massive leak in the kitchen ceiling, which they promised to fix when moving in, obviously they never did that and apparently the previous tenant was told the same thing. We vacated the property TWO MONTHS ago and are still awaiting some of our deposit. A massive shout out to the woman who handed our case for NOT doing her job, keeps telling us, shell get back to us, fix the issue etc etc and then never responds, is always in a meeting and so on. Shes possibly the most inept employee Ive spoken to from this business.Would never recommend this agency to anyone, unless you like to fight the agency months after youve left and then start creating disputes to get the ball rolling. Time wasters

GoogleKamile was an excellent consultant! her attitude and clear information helped us a lot to finally find a flat in London. She was super helpful and easy to access as we had many questions. Now, we are having many issues with the heating and hot water in the flat and Sophie Kaur, our Property Manager is super fast answering and giving solutions and contacting the contractors. I will highly recommend Life Residentials.

Life Residential moved us into a filthy flat which they had not properly cleaned - I’m talking greasy kitchen cabinets, sanitary towel wrappers under the bed, old bedding from the previous tenant in the cupboards. Since then, every issue we’ve had has been met with slow responses and a general lack of care. I actually believe our landlord is a decent person as every time the request gets to her, she actions it immediately even repainting the living room for us. However life residential act as a blocker preventing the vital repairs required from being actioned on time. I don’t believe they are doing their due diligence to their client (the landlord) as we would now never stay or recommend this flat as a result of their behaviour. We now have black mould that spans over 10ft and is spreading rapidly to our kitchen and their staff are uneducated on the dangers of black mould and the landlords responsibility’s under the law. DO NOT USE THEM! Just pick a different area/flat!

GoogleMy friend and I were looking for a new flat and Kamile made the process very easy for us. She was very accommodating with viewings and got us a one at our most desired flat within 24 hours. Her communication has been great and overall has made the renting experience much better that we’re used to. She also visited the flat with us at key collection and was very welcoming.

Molly in sales progression has the patience of a saint, she also single handedly helped some administrative points from managing agent, counsel and solicitors. Genuinely without her help we would have been delayed. Life for sales has been a fantastic company and we even moved sales of other flats to them as part of our portfolio.
