I recently had a complex issue that had been pending for the last three years. Despite continuous escalation, multiple parties, including CEP energy providers, were not addressing the issue. However, my property manager, Rosita Kausiute, recently took decisive action to partially resolve the issue. I commend her for her efforts, as this was longstanding problem had previously gone unresolved for three years.

I have recently moved on after a four year tenancy with Life Residential and would like to thank everybody I dealt with for their helpful and professional approach. My property manager throughout was Szilvia Nemeth, who was always quick to respond to any issue that came up, pleasant to deal with and made the whole process of leaving straightforward and far less stressful than it might have been. I recommend this agency.

GoogleSeconding Alexandros Taxiarchou's review. Abysmal service. They'll have you going around in circles for months and you'll still not have anything sorted. Over half way through our tenancy without fixes for numerous issues. It's honestly laughable.

Our property is up for contract renewal and Mr Kalidass was handling our account. He was prompt in managing correspondences and managed to secure us a reasonable deal for the renewal. This was aided by Mr Colm as well. Many thanks to the Life Residential team.
