TrustpilotRENT WITH THEM AND SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR DEPOSIT
Highly disorganised, property managers keep changing every 5 minutes (without tenants being notified), emails often ignored or answered with huge delays... But the worst issue has come at the time of requesting my deposit back. I have rented in London for >10 years and I have never had to wait more than a few days for my deposit to be returned. It's been now 3 weeks since my tenancy has ended, and no one seems to bother replying my emails which has left me no option but to raise a formal dispute... I can't in good conscience recommend Life Residential to anyone. PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE RENTING WITH THEM!

Despite ending our tenancy early, I need to admit that Shruti Shrungarpure is one of the best property managers I've ever dealt with. She is a a very kind and polite person, always responds quickly and really tries her best to solve difficult issues. There was a time when we were communicating almost every day and she was always patient and helpful.

Life Residential have been helpful throughout our tenancy, when an issue arose with a leaking boiler Esmee was quick to liaise with contractors and the landlord to see the issue resolved in a timely manner, and is still supporting us in rectifying any residual issues.

It’s very unlikely that you will get your deposit back.I had a terrible experience with the handling of my deposit. I've been waiting for over three months and had to initiate a dispute process (I didn't have any other option). Please, don't make the same mistake I did. Avoid renting from this agency.

The letting agents and my property manager were so approachable and accommodating. I like how they conveyed the policies and procedures on how to rent in the UK. Was tricky to get a long term non urgent issue sorted, we moved in and both the dishwasher and microwave weren't working properly and it took months to get them replaced. However, our property manager Darcey Nicholls was excellent in responding to an urgent issue when the whole flat's water went down and it was sorted within a day.
