I have just had a tenancy renewal through Life Residential's Renewal Department. I was looked after by Abby. He did a fantastic job and handled the negotiation very diplomatically between myself and the tenant. He achieved a satisfactory conclusion for both sides and didn't falter when a couple of unexpected issues cropped up. Great job and much appreciated

GoogleThe best agency in London, professional, efficient and caring. My agent Ethan is very kind and friendly, we had very good communication from flat viewing to contract signed and he is very responsive so that everything went smoothly throughout the whole renting process. I would definitely recommend Life Residential, and if possible, remember to go for Ethan.

GoogleWe were handled by Jonathan Pearson, who was brilliant, attentive, communicative and made the process really seamless. He negotiated a great tenacy between ourselves and the Landlord and secured us a solid 2yr tenancy which really took the pain out of moving as we could relax and not worry about having to move for a long time. 5/5 would recommend this letting agency.

At the start they’re so good at showing you the flats, making you “trust” them and taking your money. It’s all downhill from there. They’re a Very cruel agency, left us without heating throughout all of winter, we brought this up so many times, and Darcey (who is by far the worst “property manager”, if you can even call her that) tried to say it was fixed and it broke again. It was never fixed. They never brought anyone over. They just left us in the cold all winter.Additionally for some reason they held our deposit hostage afterwards and took ages to give it back. There’s many more things we could complain about but it’s too long. STAY AWAY!

About a week before I was going to move out, one of your agents entered my flat for a viewing without my permission and knowledge. You should be thankful I did not report this to authorities for trespassing. When I asked about this to one of the property managers, she did not even bother to respond to me. I only get responses to my queries when it suits you. And now you are trying to deduct the maximum amount from my deposit for "missing" items that are already there but not inspected properly? I can't wait to be done with your company.
