Overall our experience with Life…

Overall our experience with Life Residential was absolutely a nightmare, with every single department of the agency, myself and my partner we have been renting with them for nearly 3 years, and I won’t recommend this to anybody. We left three month ago, and we are still waiting for the final bill of clever energy (which is an extra bill of the building, that obviously hasn’t communicated to us once we firstly moved in);Moral of the story, we chased our deposit for literally 3 months, and still waiting for final bill to be issue!!! Szilvia Nemeth is absolutely the worst property manager you could ever deal with, she is not present, she is not responding, and she is rude! She is only looking after her own interest, honestly, shocking experience. However, I also want to mention, that Abi Shanks, she is THE ONLY ONE that took real care of this situation, and supporting us by finding a solution. She constantly communicated with us, we really appreciated that, and we can’t thank her enough for her effort to get this sorted.

We recently sold a flat through Life Residential and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Molly and Will went above and beyond to help with the sale! Their professionalism and level of care was superb. If we didn't have them help coordinate the sale and liaise between the solicitors the whole process would have taken a lot longer. Very quick viewing process but then it went downhill since the sales price is agreed. I was ghosted by the agent for more than a month even after we surpassed the agreed completion date. No response whatsoever after sending multiple emails and they never do what they promise during the calls, only to get you hang up the phone as quickly as possible. I have shared same supporting documents several times a long time ago and they still come back with the same questions, clearly no one cares there. I really doubt the credibility of some of the comments here because so far this is the most nontransparent and unprofessional experience I had with real estate agent.

Thomas is our managing agent for our property and he is a godsend. He took over the management of our property at the time of the expiration of the lease some 18 months ago and the tenants had left the place with inventory missing, many areas of the flat damaged and dirty. Thomas, without fuss went about getting tradesmen in to make good the place, getting funds from the deposit bond to pay for the same. We were at peace knowing that Thomas was in control of the situation. A very positive start to our landlord/managing agent relationship with Thomas.Thomas is a good communicator setting out facts and explaining situations, and outlining the rights and obligations of both the tenant and the landlord with clarity and neutrality. I appreciate his approach of setting out the ways and reasons for those ways in resolving tenant's complaints or requests. He made decision making very easy through the clear explanations. He approaches each problem (such as complaint from the tenant) without bias or prejudice but with fairness and pragmatism.He attends to problems with efficiency and effectiveness. When consent is given for repairs to be done within days the repairs are attended to. There is no hesitation or delays in whatever Thomas agrees to do.We appreciate Thomas' care and attention in the management of our property and it gives us great pleasure in writing this review.We thank Thomas for his great work.
