GoogleBeen working with tianna melius from lexadon as a contractor for a few months looking after there property's. Lexadons tenants highly praise tianna for her quick response and getting things done. It's all thanks to tianna for arranging everything from appointments to keeping there tenants happy to making sure everything runs smoothly. She has been a very big help,much appreciated.

GoogleLexadon was very good at welcoming us in our new flat and dealing with our inquiries and concerns throughout the check-in process. Before our move-in, there were issues and lack of communication regarding payment methods and contract signing, but it probably is more the fault of the letting agency which helped us find the flat. We are overall very happy!

GoogleWe've found these guys really flexible and just quite human in their approach. Practical conversations and a genuine drive to help us have the easiest time moving in and getting set up. We've only had about a week in the flat so far but the experience has been great.

GoogleI used Lexadon after relocating from Manchester. I found them very professional and more than helpful. Not only did they provide me with a great property they went out of there way to make sure I felt 'at home' in South West London. The furnishings that came with the flat were modern and clean. I could not recommend Lexadon enough for an easy stress free move.

GoogleI just moved out of a Lexadon flat after a couple of years in one. Fantastic experience all round, whenever there was a problem (no biggies in 2 years, just niggles really) someone was generally round the same day to sort it. All queries with the office itself were done and dusted in no time at all. Would recommend them to everyone.

GoogleWe were tenants of Lexadon for 4 years and they were easily the best landlords I've had. They were responsive, efficient, professional and reasonable - always very easy and pleasant to deal with. Any contractors we needed were arranged quickly and were based local to the property. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleLexadon have been good at sorting issues when they arise, a more long-term problem was getting window replacements which has now been done and a great job carried out by the contractors they employed to do the work.

GoogleAVOID BY ALL MEANS. If the flat is not flooded or burnt it takes them one month to reply and another one or more to fix, some times partially, things. Incompetent.
