Sewage Issues

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We were notified of the leak on Saturday at midday, our office is closed on Saturdays and Sunday however I believe you got through to our emergency line. After all the best efforts to get an emergency contractor out sadly no one was available. We opened at 9am this morning and the leak has been fixed this morning. The issue has now been resolved in a very timely manner.

Horrendous.

Hi Oliver, thank you for your review. As Property Manager of Lexadon these issues were not brought to my attention, so I'm sorry to hear this. I do understand however the charges for repairs to the property where due to you and your housemates kicking down fences and the front door of the property. Unfortunately if you damage rental properties the Landlord has the right to charge you for damages, which was the case here.
