Came across Letio while trying to work out how to let my property and only ever having poor experiences with high street agents. I found them to be refreshingly honest and up front and knowledgable. In the end we decided to go different route (ie not using an agent at all) but they really helped us to understand the market and have advice even though we didn't use them. If we went with any agent, it would be them. Thanks so much for bringing a bit of humanity and honest back into this market!
