I had a very tight turnaround where I was hoping to move into my prospective rental property very soon after I first viewed it. Everybody involved from Letio from the initial viewing with Bianca, to the offer process and communications with Mark and all the onboarding process with Zoubida was done with the utmost effort. I really appreciated how everybody pulled together to try and get me the earliest move-in date possible, which made my eventual move so much smoother. The whole experience felt very professional yet personal, and I would definitely feel very confident making another move to a property managed by Letio.

We changed to Letio when we needed a new tenant for our house in London. After speaking to half a dozen agents I was clear that Mark and his team were the right choice. He was helpful and enthusiastic but also realistic about what we could expect. There was no film-flam. He went to look at our house the day after we first spoke to him, visiting on a Saturday, and then reported back right away. We were then introduced to his team who have also proven to be very helpful and responsive; nothing was too much trouble as they endeavoured to make things work smoothly for us. They managed to work around our prickly tenant and quickly found us a new tenant so that we had only a very short gap. We had excellent advice on how to manage the change over and new lease even arranging an urgently needed check out on a Sunday with barely any notice. It was a great relief to feel one was in the hands of a very professional, experienced and competent team. It has been a most welcome change. I can highly recommend Mark and his team with complete confidence.

GoogleAvoid this lettings agents if you are a tenant. Letio does not support tenants, only its landlords.
We had an awful 18 months renting with a landlord that refused to help with black mould issues which Letio advised did not exist during property viewing, and left us 6 months with no living room or bedroom after flooding from another property, along with no compensation for our living situation.
Letio conveniently refused to support us throughout the tenancy (apart from when encouraging us to increase our rent upon renewing) as our property was 'unmanaged'.
Upon leaving the tenancy, Letio attempted to take approximately £1.2k from our deposit to support our landlord further. This did not stand up in dispute with deposit protection.
Landlords, this is the perfect choice if you're looking to completely leach off of your tenants. Letio will look after you!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your renting experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position.
This property was not managed by our agency. Our involvement was limited to rent collection only, as instructed by the landlord. All day to day management, maintenance responsibilities and decisions relating to the property, including matters concerning repairs, mould, flooding and compensation, were handled directly by the landlord and fell outside our remit.
Despite this limited role, we did raise your concerns with the landlord and advised them to consider a rent reduction/free in light of the issues you experienced. We also recommended that the landlord did not pursue deposit deductions through the tenancy deposit scheme, however they chose to proceed regardless.
At check out, the proposed deposit deductions were requested by the landlord rather than our agency. Where an agreement could not be reached, these were referred to the tenancy deposit scheme for independent adjudication in line with standard procedure. We fully respect and comply with the adjudicator’s final decision.
We understand how frustrating tenancy issues can be, particularly where responsibilities may not always feel clear. We aim to be transparent about the level of service in place at the outset of every tenancy and encourage tenants to contact us if they require clarification at any point.

I hadn’t heard of Letio until I saw one of their cars parked nearby but having had many years of paying traditional agents for little effort I decided to give Letio a go. The fees were very reasonable and some of the things you have to pay additional agents extra for were included. I was a little sceptical but Mark & Lea were great, answered any questions quickly (outside of office hours when needed) and kept me informed of progress when they found a new tenant, which happened very quickly. They’ve also been flexible in taking the fee in monthly instalments rather than all up front.Overall it felt they are genuinely trying to make the letting experience more positive for landlords. GoogleJust had the creepiest viewing experience with this agency - the guy who showed the property knew nothing about the flat, not even the monthly rent, just stood there staring at me with a blank face. I asked him what's the address of the agency's office, he literally swiped on his phone for 30 seconds before telling me the address (which is the one on google map). And when I asked him if he works at that office, he said yes. Not sure what this is but it looks like a scam.....
