GooglePoor communication as soon as we moved into the property. We ended up talking directly to our landlady as she had given up using Leaders to sort anything. We got emails everyday for nearly a year asking us to sign a form we had already signed even though we asked multiple times for them to stop. They messed up our check out and the finances with this and therefore we ended up in a dispute with our landlady who we were on good terms with. They clearly never read any of our emails properly and therefore no action was taken on any issue.

GoogleLeaders have done a stellar job when assisting me with moving into my new home. I was lucky to have Tim Jeurninck as consultant, who actually helped me move two years ago which was also with Leaders at their Lewisham office. As luck would have it there were many complications finding a new home and Tim accommodated me every step along the way. He answered all questions I had before and after the viewing, send me a spectacular virtual tour of the flat and when I had to isolate went to the property and showed me around via FaceTime. He helped me sort out my bills, broadband and was even able to give some advice on contents insurance. I cannot recommend Leaders enough, Tim and his colleagues James and Selwyn have made sure everything was dealt with, queries were answered promptly, I felt I was heard and understood. The service provided was exceptional, professional and custom built around my situation. As icing on the cake I got a really nice gift box when I moved in!
