GoogleI rented a property managed with Leaders -Forest hill for around two and a half years. Elaine was the best property manager, always responsive and eager to solve problems that came up in the flat. All in all a great experience.

GoogleI have been renting with Leaders for 2yrs now. The service they provide is second to none. My agent Selwyn was so incredibly helpful, kind, the epitome of professionalism. He couldn't have done enough. The same for Caitlin my property manager, on the very odd time i've had an issue she has resolved it so quickly, her communication has always been brilliant and again the epitome of professionalism. Couldn't say enough good things about the people at this branch!

GoogleLeaders Forest Hill branch have been excellent in their service. I had a very short time frame in my move (5 days) and the team at Forest Hill made the transition into my new home very easy. Both Selwyn and Michael were on hand at every point I needed assistance or had a query. Furthermore, they provided a thorough explanation of the process and agreements and I was left feeling very at ease with the whole thing, when moving can be quite stressful. Jenny was also very helpful when it came to understanding and completing the administration and contractual process. I could not recommend the team at Leaders, Forest Hill enough.

GoogleAwful service, lazy staff. Slow to reply. They have no issue leaving tenants without basic utility's such as heating or gas supply for weeks. There is no urgency to their sparse service. Awful letting agent , try to avoid
