GoogleI was looking for a 1 bed flat to rent and came across Leaders. Although I didn't end up renting with them, I thought Selwyn was a true professional. He was communicative, polite, and most importantly for me, he was no pressure. Probably one of the few lettings agent who hasn't made me feel rushed or forced into making an on the spot decision. He was clear about the market in an easy going way and felt comfortable to speak with. GoogleSent an enquiry to organise a viewing for one of their property and they were super quick in assisting. Dealt with Selwyn, who was very polite and quickly set me up a viewing for the same day. Unfortunately though the property was not the one. It was advertised as newly refurbished but it wasn't a recent one and therefore damages could be visible.

They were very supportive in expediting the process of drawing up a Tenancy Agreement contract so that I could use as proof of UK address in documents to relocate back to UK.
