I have had a great experience using Leaders Letting & Estate Agents Forest Hill, from finding potential properties to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, the team were always available when I needed and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. I have rented under Leaders for the past 4years now. I worked more closely with Selwyn from Leaders Forest Hill. He has been very helpful since my duration of rent and the agency is reliable and responsive too. I rented a 1 bed room flat in Forest Hill. As a landlord living overseas I have appointed Leaders in Forest Hill to look after my property as I just couldn't keep up with things from a distance. James and his entire team are highly professional, responsive, pro-active and ever so helpful. They have been very supportive from the very beginning, whenever I needed help and advice James always made himself available, even at short notice . Having them look after my property for me and deal with the paperwork is a huge weight off my shoulders. I cannot recommend them hightly enough.

Wouldn't recommend ever renting with them, they are very unorganised and no one knows what they're doing. Only x2 lovely women were able to help me FIX the issue someone caused, I was supposed to get a full rent refund (long story) and it was supposed to come in 3-5 working days. Someone in that office released it so the landlord could receive it which was the wrong thing to do! So I didn't get my refund until a month and a half or 2 months later, and was in a bad situation because of it. The list goes on! don't waste your time with these people.
