Speaking as a tenant, the team (Hardeep, Sharon, Rose, John & Tim, made the process simple and hassle free from the get go.
The team were always available to answer questions throughout & even after the tenancy, where friendly, efficient and made us feel supported.
When we were on vacation, there was a leak in the bathroom, which the team quickly replaced before we returned to the property.
I've viewed apartments with a lot of letting agencies in the past, and Leaders surpass them all by far. They are punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I highly recommend them.
