GoogleI let out my flat through Leaders Lewisham and hands down its been the worst customer care I have ever experienced. The tenants they found for the flat illegally sublet the property and of course they knew nothing about this. Their support in trying to resolve what was a hugely distressing situation that ultimately led to court proceedings and bailiffs being required was appalling. They sent threatening letters that I wasn't complying with gas safety regulations, which I couldn't comply with as I couldn't gain access to the flat and had the front to bill me for 'services' during a period where I wasn't receiving rent due to the tenants non payment. The flat was left in a mess and it's cost me thousands to fix the damage and again they bill me for their 'services'. Absolute incompetence has been demonstrated in every department of their branch and their teams clearly don't speak to each other, as it's a different story every time you speak to them. I can't even rid myself of any contact with Leaders as they still owe me money that they said they would pay within 10 working days and needless to say the 10 working days came and went over 5 days ago. Stay away at all costs.

The flat that we viewed with him is so great, recently refurbished and in a wonderful quiet area. Very quick turnaround: Harrison got back to us with a reply from the landlord in just a couple of days. Highly recommended!

GoogleI can't speak highly enough of the speed and efficiency of Tim, Sharon and the Leaders team in Lewisham. I live overseas and returned to the UK for one week to complete on the purchase of a newbuild flat and immediately let it out to tenants. With 48 hours, Leaders had taken photographs, advertised the property, prepared contracts and organized for blinds to be installed. Within 4 days we had organized viewings and had a tenant ready to sign contracts. I returned overseas after a week and everything was in place for the tenants to move in a few weeks later, pending credit checks. I couldn't have asked for a smoother process.

GoogleI worked with Leaders Lewisham to rent out my property for six months. Overall they did a very good job, they maintained good professional standards throughout and showed honesty and trust in the business they do. They have very competitive pricing on their rental management rates, and for the price, the service is good value for money. The only reason I have not provided 5 stars would be the lack of attention to detail during the advertising stage, where the online adverts required polishing a few times over. However, the post sale support and ongoing management of the property was excellent. Very nice team who run this office, I would recommend them to other landlords.
