I recently rented a property through Leaders and I had a great experience throughout the process. Macy and Sharon were both incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive from the initial viewing right through to moving in. They made everything smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions promptly and ensuring everything was in place before my move. The manager was also very supportive and clearly runs a well-organized and tenant-friendly operation. My partner and I contacted Selwyn regarding a short term let. He was very responsive to begin with and before we'd had the chance to fully experience their work, asked if we would leave a review. We viewed the flat we'd contacted them about, had fairly positive emails about taking the flat on which were mixed with being pushed the offer of being part of their 'loyalty scheme', an extra cost each month in lieu of a deposit. I researched the company and found quite a few bad reviews and TBH, something seemed dodgy about the whole thing. To make sure everything was clear I asked some reasonable questions about the deposit holding company and minor repairs in the flat which Lucy had told me would be repaired. After this email all communication went dead. There is your review. Frankly, I would avoid this one.

She supported us through all the initial utility registrations during our first move-in, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and well-managed. Ever since, whenever we required support, whether related to repairs or general house matters, her response was always prompt, professional, and effective. Her reliability and dedication truly set a very high standard. Kerry, another wonderful property manager, visited our home several times for audits and inspections. Each time, she not only carried out her work professionally but also took the time to genuinely appreciate our efforts in keeping the house organized, clean, and tidy. Whenever we reached out to her regarding house-related or neighbour concerns, her response was immediate and reassuring. Her positive attitude and approach made every interaction pleasant and supportive. A very special mention goes to Sharon, the letting consultant, who recently helped us navigate a particularly complicated issue, one that should never have arisen with the property. Despite this, she handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, took full ownership of the matter, and managed all the necessary actions to ensure our comfort and peace of mind. She truly took the burden upon herself to make our stay smooth and stress-free, and we are incredibly grateful for that. Lastly, heartfelt thanks to Tim, who originally introduced us to this amazing house. From the moment we moved in, it truly felt like home, and that is something we will always appreciate. We have genuinely loved staying in this property, and the consistent support, care, and professionalism from the Leaders team made our experience even more special.
