GoogleI'm a (very, very small holding) landlord and have worked with Leaders Lewisham for over 15 years, and never thought to use any other letting agent. They are friendly, very professional, supper helpful and a dream to work with. A special shout out to Harrison at the Lewisham Branch as the most recent member of their team I've worked with - he's been just as brilliant as the other members the Lewisham team that I have worked with for so many years. GoogleIt's my first time using Leaders Agents in Lewisham and so far, the journey to our new home has much more pleasant than I initially thought. I've dealt with a few estate agents and online applications since moving to London and felt the pain and frustration on many occasions. GoogleI have to say Kerry Turner has been a delight to have as an agent- always polite, considerate, and accommodating. Letting agencies can get bad rep but our time with Leaders has been pleasant, and uneventful (which is what you want for your home).

GoogleHarrison and the rest of the Leaders team were so brilliant! The rental crisis is has left us (and I’m sure a lot of others) with a lot of distrust in estate agents, however Harrison was completely transparent, considerate and the process to rent, while tedious, was very smooth and I’m so grateful to Harrison and the rest of the team for making things so easy for us. Of all estate agents in Lewisham, this is the one I would recommend. Give that man a raise!!

Right for the initial days of finding the house, to moving in and the responsiveness during the course of our stay for the last 1 year has been fantastic experience which is rare with letting agents in general. GoogleOver the last nine years when I let my flat through Leaders I have been very pleased with the service. I never had any real problems and everything was dealt with efficiently and professionally. GoogleGreat lettings experience with Selwyn. I called late in the day to arrange a viewing and Selwyn was great, he didn't rush me along and set me up with no qualms. He gave good advice on viewings and was flexible with timings, good signs all round!

GoogleThe most unprofessional and rude agents I have ever dealt with!! Made an appointment to view a property, spent an hour to get there but the agent (Sharon) didn't show up at the door. Tried to call the office, but no one answered, so I left a voice message which was never returned. After 20min of waiting, a tenant let me into the building and put in the elevator code to get to the apartment on the 19th floor. Sharon was not there either, but two men showed up. It turns out that one of them was a letting agent (Harrison), also from Leaders. The other was a person who was booked to see the property at the same slot as mine! The agent asked me to wait 10min until he showed the other person the apartment then left me waiting for another 25 minutes! After the other person left, he gave me a quick viewing and promised to send me a form by email so that I can make an offer. Two days later, I still haven't heard back or received anything.. 3 hours of precious time totally wasted!
