GoogleGreat experience with Leaders in Lewisham so far. Selwyn is amazing, super responsive ( even when I messaged him outside of working hours, sorry Selwyn!!) and always happy to answer any of my queries. Aleyna showed us around a flat viewing and was super lovely. Answered all of our questions about the flat and even gave us some recommendations of the area. Overall really positive experience, would 100% recommend 😊

GoogleWas a very slick process finding my rental property through Leaders with the help of Mark Almond especially. After requesting a viewing for one property I talked to Mark who said there was a let agreed on it, but asked what I was looking for and sent me a few other properties. Whilst I wasn't happy with the first two properties I viewed due to size/location the next one he sent was perfect for my needs and I was able to put an offer down quite quickly. I only went to one non-leaders viewing during my property search and the agent I met there was nice enough, but I noticed a big difference that showed how engaged and friendly Mark was, and how much he cared about finding me the property I was looking for. John was also very helpful in answering my numerous queries about the contract and No Deposit Option, and the Home Move Box I got on key collection was a nice touch. GoogleBest service I have ever received from a letting agent. I try to avoid letting agents because of previous bad experiences but my agent Sharon was there to help me every step of the way. She was very responsive and considering it was the festive period (even got a box of treats and useful vouchers) she got everything sorted very quickly (she went above and beyond) and helped answer all my questions no matter how silly or repetitive they may have been. GoogleI dealt with Tim Jeurninck who helped me find the right flat to rent. First and foremost, Tim is an excellent communicator and kept me updated throughout the whole process which is usually a very stressful task. Friendly, personalised approach and focusing on what is best for both me as a tenant and the landlord as well gave me a lot of reassurance about the right choice of the property. Tim knew that I may soon be joined by my partner who’s moving to the UK at some point and, during the check in, gave me 2 sets of keys and 2 welcome packs which was a very thoughtful gesture.
