GoogleWorst experience with an estate agent in London I've ever had. Reliably unreliable. From lettings to property management, staff consistently are hard to get in touch with and it's even more difficult to get anything done - maintenance to property was always a much bigger issue than it needed to be and lack of communication continues to be a huge problem when trying to resolve the deposit. Seems like there is very high staff turnover also and this, combined with the noticeable disregard of tenants and issues with the property, suggests poor management. Glad to be leaving my tenancy with Knight Frank Wapping.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
