GoogleWe had Jack Cullen as our go to estate agent and he was great, his communication was fab and he always followed up. Even if he didn't have a flat for us to view, he just checked in which really did help and make us feel that we had someone helping us. Great service and an easy guy to chat to!

His support through the negotiations was extremely commendable. Even during difficult points in the process, he was great at troubleshooting and communicating the issues transparently. She is a pleasure to work with: she established a great rapport with me immediately, it was clear that she had done her homework on me and on the properties we looked at, she followed up on all questions and issues with impressive alacrity, and she uses each interaction to understand more about exactly what I'm looking for. Although we haven't landed my "unicorn" flat yet, she has a drive and determination to do so that truly makes me believe that if it's out there, she will find it. IMHO, she is a star in the making and I feel very lucky having her on my team!

GoogleI had booked a viewing for a letting at 13:30 with Jamaal Tingling. Jamaal failed to notify me that the viewing had been cancelled. He claims to have called and emailed me but I have received neither calls nor emails. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of 1 hour of my time.

GoogleThe lettings team at KFH Clerkenwell have been superb from start to finish! From the honest and transparent advice from the lettings Manager, Fergus, the speed of Amanda who found the perfect tenant and the efficiency of Georgina in sending out all of the paperwork. They found me a great tenant within a couple of days who has now moved in. I would not hesitate to recommend them, they were always available for any questions I had and always gave me great advice!

Amanda showed great knowledge of the flat and was incredibly quick to answer all of my questions during the viewing. Follow the viewing she was very easy to contact and was very helpful during the tenancy signing process and was always quick to respond to emails. 10/10 for professionalism and 10/10 for customer service, very impressed.

GoogleI recently searched for a rental flat, which is not generally an enjoyable experience in London. After a lot of unpleasant experiences, I finally came across Summer Baker, who works at this branch. She was incredibly helpful and trustworthy, way above all the competition, and helped me find a flat. I couldn't recommend her more.
