GoogleI worked with KFH to sell a flat in Clerkenwell. The initial contact was with Jonathan and Philip but I really want to give all credit to Sunny who matched us with the buyer and then ensured that the deal got over the line despite market uncertainty. I was acting with power of attorney for a friend with dementia so Sunny's support and understanding was particularly valuable at a very stressful time.

GoogleThe KFH team at Clerkenwell is very good and over the last few years they proved to be effective in finding high quality tenants. Lewis Hamilton is a true professional in dealing with the landlord-tenant relationship, ensuring a positive outcome.

GoogleWe had a really great experience with KFH Clerkenwell, particularly Amanda Larsson who helped us find a flat to rent quickly, answered all our questions and who we generally liked and trusted very much. GoogleI worked with Max and Rachel to rent a flat. Both Max and Rachel were very nice throughout the process. A lot of paper work was involved, and one time they stayed even after their normal office hours to do the paper work and get us the move-in date we wanted.

GoogleIn early july when i was browsing through zoopla, i found a place that i would like to book a viewing. Then i phoned the KFH number and the manager was super helpful in helping me to book an viewing appintment on the next day. Amanda then followed up my viewing, she was really really patient in showing me around the property and answering all sorts of questions that i had. Once i decided to forward the offer, she was so efficient in sending me all the necessary documents and followed up with the landlord for the contract and stuff. It was a great experience with her and KFH, would highly recommend KFH!

GoogleSummer and the KFH team made the rental process a very good experience for me. She showed me the room style via video while I was abroad and the whole process of signing my contract was very smooth. She is a very warm and responsible person, as I was in China, there was a 7 hour time difference between us every time we communicated, but she was always patient and able to answer and solve my questions. I will definitely call Summer and KFH again for my future rental needs, they are very professional!

GoogleSummer and the KFH team have been so helpful throughout this whole process. Not only was Summer extremely responsive in the beginning stages of looking into a flat, she went the extra mile to provide us with other options and possibilities. We really appreciated her transparency throughout the process, feeling like we could completely trust her. As foreign tenants, we were worried about the difficulty of completing the process from abroad, but Summer could not have made it easier.
