GoogleHad been having a challenging time trying to find a suitable rental property in Central London before we came across a property advertised by KFH Clerkenwell. From seeing the ad to being able to view was a matter of hours, swiftly organised by Summer and accompanied by Cameron. We said 'yes' within the hour and Summer then helped us through the process of everything we needed to get done to secure/move in(including going out of her way to negotiate with the landlady to let us have access to decorate before official move in date) Despite being super busy she always made time to get back to us, making things at what can be a stressful time much easier! thanks!

GoogleWe walked into KFH with a dream list of requirements, not actually believing there was an available rental property that would match our needs. “Can you look at a flat right now?” Summer Baker asked. She took us to a building not 100 yards from the office. It fulfilled every entry on our dream list. Summer led us through the negotiations, the bureaucracy and the lease signing every step of the way, dealing with any problems that emerged as if she were swatting flies. As everyone knows, getting through the multiple steps to complete a rental lease can be stressful and draining. Not so with Summer taking the lead!
