GoogleIt has been great working with Amanda these past few weeks! She listened to what we needed, and found something that really suited us and our expectations. Even if in the end we went with another flat (strictly due to location!), my interaction with Amanda was one of the best in the industry, to be honest: listened, chased-up without being pushy, made notes on what worked and what not. I would recommend her without a doubt.

GoogleEriselda could not have gone more out of her way for us! Of all the agents we dealt with, Eriselda was most reliable, most diligent and listened to what we wanted. It was a real change from so many other agents, as she bothered to find out what we were really looking for and then tried to match this. She worked brilliantly across the timezones (we were looking from Sydney for a place in London). I can't recommend her highly enough.

GoogleSelling a flat can be a daunting experience. We could not have done it without the support and hard work of the sales team at KFH throughout the entire process. Excellent and responsive communications, friendly and professional support made all the difference. They helped us minimise the time to exchange contracts which can drag on for months. Grateful for the diligent work of Jon Clews and especially the day-to-day updates and efforts of Rian McLean. Would highly recommend the team at KFH Clerkenwell!

I found truly helpful, friendly and professional staff here, ready to go above and beyond to find you the perfect place...all according to your needs! GoogleI previously rated this establishment five stars, because the agent I had who helped me sign my lease was extremely helpful. However, when you are a tenant they do not care about you at all. They were completely unhelpful when portions of the building were falling apart, and they gave me no contact information for the building manager. It was only because of a neighbor that I received the information we needed to literally enter the building. And when my heat went out in the middle of December, the only helpful solution I was provided was a link to a space heater, and the email was sent past 9pm when I tried to reach out at 2pm. The heating problem could have also been prevented if the agency listened to the recommendation of the man who came to inspect my gas and electric FOUR MONTHS prior to the incident.\ When I informed them that I would not be renewing my lease, they brought in several individuals to the apartment either without informing me OR informing me five minutes prior to their arrival, which is against the law. When I would refuse they would be extremely rude, and one lettings agent, Jamal, said that I was "much more pleasant when we first met" which was just unprofessional and uncalled for. Long story short, they will help you find a good place to leave, but after they have taken your money they won't care if you live or die.

He also has a good relationship w/ landlords he is representing and wants the best outcome for both tenant and landlord. His energy, passion, and insights + knowledge would be a great asset in navigating this volatile rental markets these days.

GoogleDo NOT rent using this agency! I had an extremely negative and unprofessional experience, where KFH was acting as an agent for a landlord. They accepted an offer, took a deposit, and then gave the flat to someone else before referencing -- WITHOUT returning the deposit. It's been over two weeks, and I don't have my deposit returned and they refuse to provide any documentation showing any type of refund. This was a waste of my time, money, and my agent's time. Exceptionally unprofessional. Beware.

We would definitely recommend KFH moving forward, it's been a much more enjoyable process than dealing with our previous estate agent.
