I worked with Amanda to see a flat in Clerkenwell and she was really great! She was on time, professional and not salesy at all. I appreciate this in a good agent as they will give you time and space to decide what is best for you while giving you all the information you need to make an informed decision. On top of that, I asked her questions above and beyond the flat we viewed and she was able to help with all those details including referencing information and any details regarding the surrounding area of the flat. I felt she really cared that I found a nice place that suited all my needs. Fergus and Amanda were both very helpful in our property search and were able to find a slot for us to make a viewing on quite short notice. Fergus was able to give us plenty of useful information on the flat we were viewing which really helped us with our decision. Amanda struck a great balance between being helpful and giving us time to respond compared to some rental agents who can end up being a little bit harassing! I have had an absolutely horrendous experience working with KFH. I’ve rented in New York and London the past 15 years and this my worst rental experience in that time. KFH knowingly rented me a flat under the guidance it would be a long term (18 month) lease when they had actually already sold the exact flat before they showed to me and planned to kick me out in 6 months time. I was told the landlord had a bad last tenant and as long as I was a good tenant they would be interested in renting it the 18 months or ideally longer. This was a complete misrepresentation on their part for their own financial gain and now I have to move myself and my furniture again after only 6 months. They are completely unprofessional.

Adam was a wonderful guide and help on the London market. We were specifically looking to lease a flat in Islington / Clerkenwell and he showed us the properties we were interested in... as well as one more -- which we immediately fell in love with. We walked into the branch with a very tight deadline for finding a flat, we met Fergus right away and he was very calming and professional. He found a few suitable flats quickly and told us Amanda would help us with the viewings. She contacted us very quickly to confirm and introduce herself. We met her the next day, she was very punctual and kind. She gave us a lot of information about each flat and its surrounding areas, she was very understanding of our requirements and issues with the flat and was very flexible in meeting them. We felt like we could really trust her rightaway, and this was only confirmed by her offering to speak to one of the landlords about minor modifications that would otherwise be a dealbreaker.
